All the services are on a best-effort basis with time & workforce. All projects begin with a complete analysis and creation of a scope of work. Pay will only be refunded once the client approves mockup designs and we move into the project's development phase. As there is time spent to achieve every milestone and complete every module, a refund is not possible for work already completed.
